CARMIN

Carmin or E120 is a natural colour obtained from an insect which is originary to arid regions of South America. This insect contains high concentrations of carminic acid, which is responsible for the purple to red colour its provides. It is used and permitted for multiple purposes worldwide in several industries including food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. In the food industry it is commnly used for the prepatation of many different dairy, meat, desserts, upon many other products.


GENIPA

Genipa americana black to dark blue colouring plant extract is obtained from this fruit which is originary to Latinamerican rainforests. This natural resource is abundantly found in the rainforests of the Colombian pacific coast (within others). EcoFlora has developed a natrual colour in two different presentation : liquid and spray dried forms.
